Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered through Royal Mail and do the general conditions, warranty and terms of delivery of Royal Mail apply. HEILSUSÉRFRÆÐINGURINN EHF is not liable for damages caused to a product during shipment. In case of damages during transit from HEILSUSÉRFRÆÐINGURINN EHF it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
The buyer has 14 days to cancel his order given that he has not used the prduct, and it returned in good condition in it's original packaging. If the product is sealed the buyer can not break the seal. The 14 day period starts counting as soon as the product has been delivered to the buyer. Customer receipt must be shown in case of returns.
