Our children and teenagers carry the hope of Christ into the future. Our desire is to nurture them in the love of Jesus and equip them to become Christian leaders for the rest of their lives. Our ministry is sharpening its focus in this area because we realize that our own young people must be grounded in God’s Word if we are to pass our faith to future generations.
The Children and Youth Center will absorb the near-tripling of size over the past year of those involved in these ministries and have room for future growth. Our children’s, junior high and high school ministries will have large, exciting and functional auditoriums in which to conduct specialized programs, using modern audio and video technology to enhance praise and worship, arts and drama and the sharing of God’s Word. Salem Early Childhood Center will move into a beautiful, safe and loving environment that has room for future expansion. The indoor playscape, accessible to all children, will be a child’s delight. Families with young children will appreciate the nursery care area for ministry functions.
